And if you carry a gun, always have spare ammo close to hand. You don't get to decide in advance how many shots it will take to settle the fight.

2016-11-17 20:45:30 +0000 UTCIt looks cowardly, but it's a sound tactical decision. They don't have the ammo or the backup to out-shoot a bunch of cops swarming in on reports of gunfire. So they call this target a 'failure' and escape to get the next one on the list.
