Is there a place where they still sell milk in glass bottles? Or is it all cardboard cartons and plastic gallon jugs, everywhere?

In Illinois there's one dairy I know of that still uses glass bottles. Their milk is 'premium; I guess that means free-range, grass-fed cows that get daily hoof massages and personal trainers to assist them in 'clean living,' or something like that.

It's sold in plastic bags in Canada.

Some of our local dairies still put milk up in glass jugs, but I usually see half-gallons. The Whole Foods store occasionally stocks quarts, though.
