Halloween 2023 sign

Rich was tasked with recreating our own version of the "Zach (name withheld upon request)'s Haunted Museum sign. Rich made a stencil, then transferred that to 1" thick foam board (maybe 2"). Carved it out and painting is next. Let's see Mr. Beast do this with all of his millions of dollars!

2023-10-07 09:35:20 +0000 UTCLove the sign and the way the cracks look! This is my (possibly wrong) breakdown of Rich’s process— He designed the signage and had it cut to vinyl. Applied the vinyl to the foam and colored the negative space in black (sharpie?) and then removed the vinyl. With a dremel glued to a piece of plexiglass as a base, routed out the black areas freehand with the dremel. The cracks were done freehand with an exacto I’m guessing. I may be off on my analysis but it was fun trying to figure it out from the pics. Either way, it came out great!
