✨ OP13 Meta Report – Full Week of Stats! ✨
We finally have a complete week of OP13 data to dig into! Since the recent ladder reset, there isn’t enough 1B+ data yet to confidently separate the top-tier rankings — so for this week, we’ll be using general stats across all ranks to give a broader snapshot of the meta.
Starting next week, we’ll shift back to 1B+ only, focusing exclusively on top player data to deliver a sharper, high-level breakdown of the competitive field.
That said, the shape of OP13 is already clear: a dominant Top 3 has emerged, with Imu, Ace, and Zoro leading the charge and overshadowing the rest of the field. Roger remains close behind, waiting for an opening to reclaim his spot in the spotlight.
In this week’s post, you’ll find:
🔥 The best-performing decklists from the week
🧠 A short write-up on each deck and what makes them stand out in the current format
Let’s dive in — OP13 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting metas we’ve seen in a while!
1️⃣ R/B Ace – Top Deck of the Week
Ace edges out Imu with its explosive tempo, strong late game, and smooth curve. A 6K leader gives it a natural edge in both offense and defense, and it performs well into Imu — the most-played deck right now.

2️⃣ Imu – The Most Popular Deck
Imu boasts the most explosive combo in the game and a super consistent engine that cycles cards into trash for massive endgame payoff. While deadly in the right hands, its learning curve and turn dependency can affect its overall performance.

3️⃣ Green Zoro – Still a Top Threat
Zoro remains dominant, carrying its OP12 success forward with new tools. Its flexibility between board control and fast finishes keeps it among the strongest decks in the meta.

4️⃣ R/P Roger – Powerful but Slightly Volatile
Roger can easily compete for a top spot thanks to its explosive turns and high skill ceiling, but consistency issues can hurt if it misses its ideal curve. Still, in expert hands, it’s a major contender.

5️⃣ Bonney – Skill-Heavy and Reliable
Bonney remains a meta mainstay with great matchups across the board, except against Imu. Its toolkit and leader ability allow for strong, skill-based play that keeps it relevant every format.

6️⃣ G/P Luffy – Still Solid, But Struggling Up Top
Coming off its PRB02 dominance, G/P Luffy is posting a 52.5% win rate, strong versus off-meta decks but weaker into the top-tier threats. Still dangerous in the right hands, but may struggle to hold a top 10 spot.

7️⃣ U/P Luffy – Viable, But Missing Key Tools
Even without Promo Roger, U/P Luffy remains playable and competitive. It has a rough time versus Imu but holds its own against much of the field. Definitely one to watch in coming weeks.

8️⃣ R/B Sabo – New Challenger
A new entry in OP13, Sabo offers great tempo and powerful late-game tools. It performs well into Ace and Roger but struggles versus Imu and Zoro. With time and refinement, it could climb higher.

9️⃣ Rayleigh – Aggro Specialist
Rayleigh excels against Zoro, Roger, and U/P Luffy, leveraging early aggression to close games quickly. Aggro decks often thrive early in metas, so this one’s progress will be worth watching.

🔟 Lim – Returning to the Spotlight
Lim reenters the top 10 thanks to the Odyssey engine’s consistency. It fares decently versus Imu but struggles with Ace and Zoro. Still, its flexible start options keep it competitive and stable.

Conclusion
OP13 is off to a fast and competitive start, with Ace, Imu, and Zoro clearly defining the early meta. These three decks currently set the pace for power and consistency, while Roger, Bonney, and Sabo are close behind, ready to capitalize on any shifts.
As players refine lists and more 1B+ data rolls in, expect the next few weeks to bring key adaptations and potential shake-ups — but for now, Ace sits on the throne, with Imu and Zoro hot on its heels.
