Introduction

With the release of PRB02 in the later stages of the OP12 meta, we’ve seen several new shake-ups to the competitive landscape. This week’s meta report will break down the Top 10 decks as observed in the 1B+ rankings on the OPBounty ranked simulator, analyzing their performance trends, shifts in deck strength, and how PRB02 cards are influencing the current meta.

#1 — Blue/Purple Luffy

Holding onto the top spot this week is Blue/Purple Luffy. While no new cards from PRB02 have been added, the deck’s hallmark consistency and flexibility continue to set it apart from the competition. Its ability to adapt to a wide range of matchups and maintain strong tempo throughout the game keeps it as the most popular and reliable choice in the current meta — firmly securing its position at the top once again.

#2 — Rayleigh

Coming in at the second spot this week is Rayleigh. While it may not be as popular as some of the other decks in the top five, Rayleigh boasts one of the most dominant matchup spreads in the current meta. The deck’s sheer efficiency and flexibility allow it to win against nearly every major archetype, and skilled pilots can easily adapt to different counter strategies. Its only real challenge lies in Enel, a deck that currently sees limited representation, making Rayleigh one of the most formidable and rewarding decks to play right now.

#3 — Green Zoro

At number three this week is Green Zoro, a deck that continues to prove its consistency and strength across all levels of play. Its clear, efficient game plan makes it an excellent choice for both experienced and newer players, offering reliable lines of play and strong tempo control. With its ability to clear boards efficiently, leverage Don!! manipulation, and pivot into aggressive restand turns, Green Zoro remains one of the most flexible and well-rounded decks in the format — a permanent fixture in the top five of the current meta.

#4 — Green/Purple Luffy

After hovering around the 5–6 range for several weeks, Green/Purple Luffy finally breaks into the top four, thanks in large part to PRB02 and the addition of the new Green Luffy card. The deck has always had solid fundamentals, but this latest boost has increased both its power and popularity, making it a serious contender in the current meta. It performs surprisingly well into Blue/Purple Luffy, one of the most-played decks, and can high-roll its way to victory against nearly any opponent regardless of matchup data. With strong ceiling potential and rewarding gameplay for experienced pilots, Green/Purple Luffy has firmly secured its place among the top-tier decks this week.

#5 — Bonney

No surprise here — Bonney once again secures a spot in the top five. The deck’s hallmark consistency and one of the strongest leader abilities in the game continue to make it a staple of the meta. While the rise of Smoker presents a new challenge, Bonney’s overall matchup spread remains excellent across most of the field. Its ability to generate value efficiently and maintain strong mid-to-late game presence ensures it will remain a top contender throughout this meta cycle.

#6 — Red/Green Smoker

Let’s be honest — Red/Green Smoker has always been good. It’s one of those decks that never truly disappears, instead re-emerging in each meta to make a statement. With PRB02 and access to new tools, notably Koby and Law, the deck has seen a noticeable boost in both strength and popularity. It maintains solid win rates across most of the field and holds nearly even matchups against its tougher opponents. As always, the biggest challenge lies in finding the right list for the evolving meta, since Smoker offers multiple viable build paths that can shift with player preference and local trends.

#7 — Shanks

With the resurgence of Green/Purple Luffy and Red/Green Smoker pulling some of the spotlight away from Blue/Purple Luffy, Shanks finds room to thrive again. It performs fairly well into Green/Purple Luffy. In addition to some new PRB02 cards such as Law, it has become better equipped for this current meta. However, Blue/Purple Luffy remains its toughest matchup, and Shanks’ overall success will depend heavily on dodging those unfavorable pairings. Still, its raw power and explosive potential ensure it remains a dangerous threat in capable hands.

#8 — Enel

No surprise here — Enel remains a relevant and reliable deck. It continues to serve as a strong counterpick to top performers like Rayleigh and Zoro, offering consistent tools to challenge many of the format’s frontrunners. However, its lower popularity and the fact that many experienced players are now well-versed in the matchup have limited its dominance. Despite that, Enel still offers strong fundamentals and resilient gameplay, keeping it firmly on the radar in this week’s top 10.

#9 — Blackbeard

Blackbeard stays true to form — a powerful, polarizing deck capable of completely shutting down certain strategies. However, with PRB02’s influence and the rise of decks like Smoker and Green/Purple Luffy, both of which are unfavorable matchups, Blackbeard has slipped slightly in the rankings. Still, it remains a menacing pick in the right hands, especially against unprepared opponents or slower control decks.

#10 — Blue/Yellow Nami

Rounding out the top 10 this week is Blue/Yellow Nami. With the addition of PRB02 Marco, the deck gains a boost in consistency and mid-game resilience, helping it smooth out some of its previous weaknesses. While it’s not breaking the meta open just yet, the deck’s increased stability and synergy make it one to keep an eye on in the coming weeks as players refine their builds and test its staying power in high-level play.

Conclusion

With the introduction of PRB02, the OP12 meta has entered a refreshing stage of evolution. While Blue/Purple Luffy continues to dominate as the most consistent and popular deck, we’re seeing new contenders like Green/Purple Luffy and Red/Green Smoker make strong pushes toward the top thanks to their recent upgrades.

Decks like Rayleigh and Green Zoro remain pillars of stability, rewarding skilled pilots who can leverage their flexibility and matchup coverage. Meanwhile, Bonney continues to prove its staying power, even as Smoker threatens to shake up its dominance. Lower down the rankings, decks like Shanks, Enel, and Blackbeard showcase how the field is diversifying, with meta share now distributed more evenly among multiple strong options.

Looking ahead, the meta appears to be in a healthy and competitive state, with no single deck completely overshadowing the rest. PRB02’s influence is still settling, and as players continue to refine builds and experiment with new tech choices, we can expect further movement in the coming weeks.
