Paul's Story Chapter 8
Added 2023-10-21 17:12:49 +0000 UTCThis chapter dragged on quite a bit for me. It mainly delivers a lot of emotional growth for the MC, as well as some traumatizing events that he needs to deal with.
This was basically as hard to write for me as when I wrote about Tess' death in Tiny Tim, because I know full well that each person will have their own way of dealing with experiences like that. So, the danger of someone wanting to rip me a new one for "portraying it wrong" is real.
Please tell me if you disagree with the way I chose to go about this. In the end, I just opted to write about the most common reactions and coping strategies.
