Since the trailer for season 3 of the Mandalorian had someone that looked very much like our favourite Anzellan: Babu Frik, I was reminded that back in the days of The Rise of Skywalker I started on a sculpt of him, which I decided to finalise and rework some for release.
He is a very charming little guy whom we saw way too little of in Rise :)

The Babu Frik bust comes in two pieces that need to be printed: a main piece, and a base.
As is customary I've provided two versions with different eyes. One is concave, which gives a more natural and less creepy look when printed and unpainted, and the convex one, which makes for better use when you want to paint the print but doesn't look quite as natural when unpainted.

In FDM Babu requires supports along the back of the head, as illustrated in the screenshots from Prusa Slicer below.

As usual, this one comes pre-supported for small (e.g. Elegoo Mars) and medium (e.g. Elegoo Saturn/Anycubic Mono X) sized resin printers. Lychee Slicer lite (*.lyt) scene files are provided with editable and tagged supports, which I recommend you use and edit to your preference if you think I'm a bit heavy on supports in some places (especially on the inside, which you will notice); as well as pre-supported and hollowed STL files.

I have been told I should make some Halloween-themed things for October. I feel everyone is doing that, so let me know if there's any actual interest in it :)
Until next time, stay well!
