Hello!
Here he finally is, the comic book version of Moon Knight. I had him basically finished at my previous release, as you will remember, but when test printing him I found out I had mixed up the key and socket (ffs...), basically making the peg bigger than the hole, which obviously doesn't work very well! I've done that before and it's always very embarrassing releasing something like that, but luckily I caught it beforehand...
That made me really dejected and frustrated so I sat down and started work on a Gotham by Gaslight Batman (preview at the bottom) which I almost finished before returning to Moon Knight, of which I made a slimmer Variant 2, which will fit better when printing on a resin printer which is usually restricted by the X/Y dimensions.

A quick note about 7z. I'm now packing files using the 7z format because the files are getting pretty big. It's nothing new, and many other creators use this file format just because it compresses files so well and saves space, and bandwidth downloading them. You can unpack it with most packing/unpacking software such as WinRAR and of course the official tool, 7-zip, and there's lots of helpful info you can find with a quick google on the subject :)
For the resin slingers out there I've gone through the work of pre-supporting it all for small (e.g. Elegoo Mars) and a medium (e.g. Elego Saturn) sized printers. There's pre-supported hollow STL files, as well as Lychee Slicer Lite files. I recommend these, because I'm not the greatest at supports, so you might want to go in and make some tweaks yourself! To make it easier for you I have tagged all the supports so you can easily pick the perimeter, bottom, and internal ones.
The FDM crowd will have to support them as shown in the two pictures below, depending on which variant you will print (if your printer has great bed adhesion you probably don't need the back supports on variant 2).

As I mentioned previously, the mistake on Moon Knight really popped my balloon, so to speak, but I got back my energy by doing a new Batman bust. It will come with a version with goggles (above) and one without (below). It's being test printed as I write this, so all going well it will be released some time tomorrow! 🤞

That's about it for today. Those of you able to stick around month after month, thank you! Take good care, everyone :)
