The flat black is already more in line with 90s Spinny. If this was modern Spinny, probably the red. The harsh 90s ink shading would be a downgrade on the red IMHO.

2021-07-23 23:15:58 +0000 UTCIt's almost a situational choice as relates to the story. I mean, black is closer to her regular colors but doesn't fit for Sailor Moon and seeing it on Sailor Moon makes her feel evil. There's not a clear choice comparatively . My own preference would be Red as well.
