Workflow:
Finishing the HQ, for real this time, halfway through, and then the reward Elite, and advance on the due comms. It's more or less the program here. Quite simple, but, heh, let's keep it simple. Should finish one tonight, and the other two should be quick, my goal is, the HQ at lest the 27 , and the rest of elites around the 1st august. Let's roll baby

Changes and mental state.
I had to make some decision about the patreon recently, those are decisions related to the reward rank, i shared a private notice with the peoples concerned.
To resume, i ll make some change that ll impact thing but that i think i need atm. You won't see much difference, but i might X)
But it's a change, and like most changes relative to the patreon, it stress me a lot.
I'm the type to stress quite a lot, and easy, so i try as much as possible to avoid stressfull situation. Also, my tendancy to work until i can't anymore and need a break is now quite known for most of you X)
All to say, i appologize if i wasn't the most active in the begining of the week, i needed some time to vent off. And sorry again for the concerned peoples, i hope the way i delivered the news wasn't too much abrupt.
I use this part to also thanks again everyone of you, you all give me the means to keep this as my primary job, and i'm intensely gratefull to you guys =)

Do you even lift?
I started to get a better and more rounded habit at the gym in the last weeks. Basicly a friend of mine finaly accepted to join me, and now we are lifting together. And... damn it change a lot.
Before, when i was going with my then roomate, he was the type to go, pick an training bike and put a south park episode or two while i was doing my routine. But at least i used to go with someone. Now, my friend does the same routine as i do, and damn it change a lot, you can give him advice and heads up (as i'm doing those exercise for longer than him) and we even discovered some new stuff together. We're doing an easy 6 weeks program for the moment and we're at week 2. But he alreayd seem into it enough to buy a monthly pass instead of the day to day he paid so far.
For the curious one the routine is 3 exercise in the week. 2 at the gym, one aerobic you can do at home. The gym part is mostly cardio and switch between leg and arms exercise. Idea is to build some habit into you, each weeks the exercise change, the nomber of rep, the longer of the cardi parts etc etc.
