And I straight-up flinched when I saw the look on her face. *And* maybe I'm too sensitive when I'm this invested in a story and my emotional guards are down but she makes my skin crawl with how thorough her threats are (she's planned this out) and that he's not even safe in his own mind. Doing all this with just a variant of the previous page...again, like when she was brought in and that page was silent...that's *good*. So far...I'm loving the twist this story has taken *and* with each new page, I can't wait even more to see Vanny and Rookie win so they can see that if they can beat this, they can do anything and get married and be happy forever. Please. Oh, and as much as her nickname of "Bitch" is going to stick, I can't call Mandy that anymore because she's upgrading to being evil. How evil is yet to be seen.

Those suckers dont work unless the user has an extremely powerful bond with their trainer, maybe in this setting an unbonded holder feels an urge to have that connection no matter the cost...
