Further Update

C.W: DARVO, Weaponizing Suicide, Death in the Family, Harasment

Hey everyone, just wanted to keep you all in the loop. Sadly it's not good news.

Literally, just a few hours after the previous post I ended up in a conversation with the headmate of one of the people harassing me. Did so because it's not fair to judge one headmate for the actions of another and as a favour to a friend. That said, it was still dangerous, so I demanded all discussion happen publicly, which they agreed to only to continue to try and contact me privately. I noticed a number of holes in their narratives, began sharing evidence of that, and they suddenly pulled the suicide card out of nowhere. This hit me like a truck for obvious reasons. Thankfully everyone saw exactly what happened, supported me, and I was able to be brought back in over the coming days whilst both the original person harassing me and the one covering for them were banned.

Then, a couple days later, my grandmother was hospitalised. She passed away yesterday, surrounded by family. I'm currently talking with my mum about what comes next as it's all up in the air right now. Both myself and Udita are feeling adrift due to our loss.

None of which is helped by the fact that I'm currently being harassed by a trashtuber. They seem to be offended by the fact that the work we do here matters and has saved lives, but it's pointing their audience in our direction with the most frequent comment being 'you deserve all that's happened to you'. I get that they're talking about the years of harassment and abuse, but it's hitting at a particularly raw time. That's why I won't be posting this to YouTube, just here and Discord.

I've been doing work where I can, patches here and there in between the crying as I know I'm long overdue on a piece. I'm hoping I can get this video sorted by today in case I need to fly out tomorrow.

I haven't had a week without something happening since last month.
