Some more reward tiers

This is literally as per the title so feel free to skip the rest of this if that's not of interest to you.

Patreon every so often suggests that I add some high end tiers so having come up with some ideas I figured I might as well. Don't have any expectations anyone will go for them but I don't think it hurts having them on there.

Changes

More lore tier is now $45 instead of $50.
Request an assignment tier at $60.
Livestream for you tier at $90 limited to 5. To go into a bit more depth on this one if you do want to go outside those times listed then ask and I'll see if I can manage it. Also I should be able to fulfil this every week but I also wanted a bit of wiggle room due to things like holidays.
Custom Livestream for you tier at $120 limited to 3. Yes I do mean any game on that one. If you feel that the original Rough Landing needs some love even if I do think it's the most complete of all my stuff then I will work on that for that amount of time.
