8.0 Changelog v2:
- Rewritten the filter from ground up, using a custom programming language. While I'm still finetuning the results, it should be a 3 step forward improvement already (maybe 1 step back, until everything is polished)
- Rebalanced all strictnesses.
- Uber strict is more strict.
- Uber plus strict is MUCH more strict.
- All styles have been removed for now. Some old ones (incl. customsounds) may be readded for ULTIMATUM league launch and some new ones may join as well. I can now create much more sophisticated styles, but it'll take a while.
- The leveling section has been completely rewritten from the ground up and should be significantly easier to use
- Hidden items lose all background/transparency, border/transparency, sound, highlight and are minized etc. to maximize performance. I'm still improving that feature
- The filter now uses several continue-type structures to highlight specific cases, such as corrupted items etc. These rules affect the item, but keep searching the filter. This allows adding certain "shading" to items, such as borders for corrupted items or special text colors for high level items
- The tiering of influenced bases and divination cards has been improved.
- Standardised font sizes quite a bit, making the whole filter easier on the eyes
- Divination cards have a new appearance (work in progress)
- Recipes have a new appearance (work in progress)
- Reworked gem highlight strategies from the ground up
- The filter will handle a bunch of specific divination cards in a much more strict way, 3 weeks after every league launch. I will potentially expand this method to other sections later.
- Maven Invitations are now tiered and economy-updated
- Reworked and modernized the synthesised and fractured tierlists
- Added highlight for certain corrupted items and combinations
- Reworked the talisman highlight completely. It now is much more strict and specifically searches for talisman with very good mod combinations
- Merged atlas bases completely into crafting/rare sections. Heist and ritual bases are still handled separately
- The endgame crafting bases rare/normal variants have been merged, using a special continue pattern. This should make editing easier
- If you find a map, that is a "upgrade" (such as finding a T3 map in a T2 map), the border color will signalize that.
- Flask highlight in the endgame is now conditional - it will only last during the first endgame maps (longer for good utility flasks)
- Completely reworked the rare highlight strategy
- Rare weapons/armors no longer have their green background. Instead they have opaque black backgrounds and become a bit greyish with lower tiers.
- Rare jewellery has the dark green background and a green border now
- The endgame/levelling switch is now on level 68 for all entries in the filter
- The filter now adds additional text marking for rares/crafting bases of ilvl 75/84/86
- Attempted to standardize a lot of different highlighting strategies to make the filter look more consistent
- Improved jewel highlight strategy
- Removed 6S highlight for certain bases of a high level section
- Removed a bunch of early map crafting rules for maps, such as jewellery etc. that are pretty much unused in poes modern gameplay
- Continue rules are now used to signalize if a rare item is large, medium, tiny, ilvl68/75/85 or corrupted.
- Reworked map highlight. The filter no longer uses the map "outleveling" mechanic.
- Reworked special map highlight (blighted, enchanted etc)
- Simplified and strictened up perandus coin highlight
- The tiering strategy for currency, oils, uniques, propechies etc. is mostly the same. Just letting you know. This is not a buff. But more of these items are hidden on higher tiers
- Reworked and sharpened the leveling flask highlight strategyor leveling standards, but still be simple and intuitive to use for new poe player. Editing it on filterblade is also easier now.
