Previewing Economy Data

I've been looking into ways to better perform shaper/elder/basetype tiering and finally have an algorithm that looks good...

This is still work in progress, but it's a preview created by an automated script.:

...of prices (relying on poe.ninja data)

...for shaper bases

...with at least 5 recent available historic examples

...with at least a 10c value at level 82 and 

...at least 8c average value for any itemlevel

...without strange anomalies (this is still work in progress, for instance you can see the thorn rapier showing wrong data)

...and some additional cleaning.

...grouped by class->basetype->average price between 82-86

I'm looking forward to use this and similar scripts in the upcoming update to have automated support (still going to look over it) to provide high accuracy data (first in the filter, later on filterblade).

The data is based of the SC-delve economy.
