I think there are many reasons why Majesty is asked for so often. First, it's an amazing song. Second, it's the first song on the first Blind Guardian album which makes it extra special. Third, the name is short and snappy making it easy for a crowd to chant. Fourth, asking for Majesty has become part of the culture around Blind Guardian, like singing The Bard's Song and Valhalla.
