Hello Again, Hades.. [F4M] [Enemies to ?] [Forced marriage] [Tsundere] [Redemption arc incoming?] [Greek mythology]

POV: It's that time of the year again where your wife Persephone, goddess of agriculture and now of the Underworld since you kidnapped & married her, has come to spend one third of the year with you. Her last few visits ended in stern conversations and this time you've decided to listen. A few changes have happened since she was last here..

~

This was a fun little script to write. ^-^ I love Greek Mythology and I imagine this might be how it would have gone down between Persephone and Hades. I hope you like it!

Hades was actually one of the most chill and reasonable gods there were. (The whole kidnapping thing was Zeus' plan.) It doesn't surprise me that he'd go to such lengths to make Persephone comfortable. I loved your Hestia audio and I love this. Incredible work, Peaches. I hope the story continues and we see them become the genuinely loving power couple the Greeks knew them as and and I wish more people today did.πŸ‘β˜ΊοΈ

This kinda reminds me of the Hades video game a bit...I dunno why but it does. And since I enjoyed that game very much, it's a good audio to me :P

God Peaches... your voice! It never ceases to amaze me just how delectable you sound. So calming and reassuring yet, antagonizingly playful and (insert compliment here). My apologies, your voice seems to have halted my brain. In all seriousness, I'm 2 minutes in and am in awe of how well you perform.

I love this interpretation of the story where Persephone slowly warms up to Hades who does what he can to make her comfortable. I hope they start really getting along soon. Aside from the whole kidnapping and "making her stay six months of the year by eating pomegranate seeds" thing, their marriage is actually the most functional of the gods. First of all, Hades was actually a pretty chill, reasonable guy. In the hymn the Persephone myth is from, he only kidnapped her becaise Zeus orchestrated it. Secondly, archeological evidence points to Persephone actually preferring being goddess of the underworld, away from her overprotective mother, Demeter. She had a lot of say in what went on down there and her name was just as feared by the Greeks if not more so. The two genuinely love and cared for each other, just ask Pirithous and Minthe what happens if you try to steal one away. If this becomes a new series, I would love to see some of that stuff get shown in the future. Either way, you did a fantastic job.πŸŒΈπŸ’€πŸ’œ

Greek mythology, tsundere? Have you been reading my diary Peaches??

I'm liking your take on their mythology, Peaches. To be honest, I'm so used to Webtoons Lore Olympus' version of their story that I forgot that in one depiction Persephone hated Hades, which threw me in for a loop. Besides that, I enjoyed the story, I can't wait to see where you take this story if you continue it. Excellent work as always Peaches!β™₯️

A Greek mythology audio is different. Love it🩷

Love the art, what a fitting expression. If you never played it, Hades is a great game that expands on the Hades/Persephone myth.

I love this story! But I like the reimagined version Mythos Redone came up with, where Persephone actually liked Hades and agreed to join him in the underworld, but no one told her mother until months later, so as punishment Persephone was forced to stay on earth while Hades stayed in the underworld, it's a great retelling of a classic mythos
