This comic is a product of extensive artwork testing for building and refining the quad-breast look and how to use it in the game. Quad-breasts are accessed by infesting the chest with blue starfish parasites, the mechanics are changed slightly but the general principle remains the same. Red starfish parasites will reduce chest size, normal will expand them, blue will cause... extensive growth as seen in this comic.
