I'll update it again this weekend to fix any bugs and add in some more art

Yeah, in that regard it's not worth it at this point in time. But the option had to exist, because reasons. I'll add more functionality to the sisters later. For the mother, it increases birthing rate, I might do the same with the sisters or maybe make it produce more unique traits/upgrades.

2016-05-28 21:43:16 +0000 UTC... you're right. that must have been a mistake on my part. I'll fix it in the next update. Edit: Okay I looked at it again, I remember what I did now. If your brain is infested, it doesn't let you remove the neck parasite. If your brain isn't infested, it removes the neck parasite. You can get another one at the surgery screen though.

As for the first bug you mentioned, removing the external parasites removes the neck parasite, which removes the werm that embedded itself into the canal.
