It immediately gave me the exact quote and reference from Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised 12th edition. It then gave an extensive analysis that was completely wrong. It was actually a worse answer than the usually wrong answer I get from people about this issue. For me, this confirmed that it knows the rules of grammar in English and has an extensive access to public information, but it still doesn’t have even a basic understanding of what the words mean.
