Desert steel serenity
Added 2024-04-19 12:00:09 +0000 UTCAs I visited White Sands National Park this fascinating calmness took over me. The sand is so white that it looks more like snow than sand.
After each bend the scenery changes and you want to head off to explore more of it.
The sand was soft and pleasant under my bare feet, the wind a bit chilly as a rain storm was approaching us.
New Mexico definitely surprised me with the diversity as just few hours before visiting this park I was driving through mountains and watching snow fall all around me.
