I think one of the biggest things that helps me personally is to stay loose while drawing! It's easier for me during the sketch phase where you can be a little quicker and nothing has to be as precise - but it's part of why I don't enjoy inking as much, because sometimes when trying to get the line *just right* it's easy to suck the life out of it. Sometimes I'll need references for certain poses too, and I've found it best to use a poseable figure or 3D model to get the pose/angle I want. Hopefully that helps a bit!

Your characters’ poses are consistently really dynamic—you can feel the energy in the picture. How did you learn to draw dynamic poses like that? Is there a trick you use or something that you keep in mind while you’re drawing?
