Dear Patrons,

I have a final draft of a video that I would love to get your input on. My purpose in making this video is to change minds (or at least introduce doubt) around the utility of learning styles. Does this accomplish that goal? Are there questions you feel the video leaves unanswered? Any other notes?

And thank you for helping me make these videos better. I really appreciate your support and insightful input.

If you search for “waveguide modes” you will find a lot of material including pictures and animations.

I have a question -- perhaps you know the answer or can direct me to a link. In a high-frequency high-voltage transmission line -- how does EM radiation propagates? Ideally with a pictorial illustration. Obviously due to "skin effect" most of the radiation is outside he wire. I sort of understand a dipole antenna but not a long-distance transmission line. Many thank in advance.

I loved the video. It touched on the major peer-reviewed articles on the subject. I especially liked how you raised the question of whether belief in learning styles ends up suppressing the use of more evidence-based teaching and learning strategies (I wonder if anyone's done any experiments in search of such a pattern. Perhaps that could help dispel the learning styles myth). The section on multi-modal learning was nice. You might add mention that your videos are crafted with that in mind. The narrations and animations complement one another well, and I suspect that it requires painstaking work to make that happen.
