Adjustments to the Subscription Tiers.

After discussing the future of Patreon subscriptions, reflecting for hours and commenting it to the Board, I have decided to propose some changes to the subscription tiers, I will present them in list form for better understanding :3.
1.- Illustrations will be available at Tier 1 ($2).
2.- Animations will be available at Tier 2 ($5).
3.- ADDITIONAL animations will be available in Tier 3 ($10).
4.- A new Tier 4 will be added with a cost of $40, which is referred to ILLUSTRATIONS orders. This Tier will only have limited quotas for those who want an illustration, if you agree with this I will publish the rules in due time.
Points to consider:
The first animation of the month will be a personal idea.
There will still be random idea and character dynamics, but they will be less frequent.
Additional animations are those after the first animation of the month.
For the additional animations you will decide the character and the type of inflation :3
The planned animations from previous surveys will be maintained.

2024-11-05 20:40:56 +0000 UTCThat doesn’t address the fact that anyone who simply doesn’t agree for reasons they don’t want to share doesn’t get a voice like this. If people don’t have a legitimate basis for supporting the idea, then their input is equally worthless. Saying “I agree because you came up with the idea” doesn’t do anything but build false confidence in something people are pressured into agreeing with. If this really is about receiving audience suggestions, then people shouldn’t be saying yes just because they want to or because they can. If everyone says yes just to please their boss and the project fails, it’s a problem for everyone. You can still agree and contribute something valuable to the discussion. Even if someone says they agree, then it should be for a reason that has logical reasoning. This will affect everyone’s subscriptions, so being supportive just to be supportive is actively detrimental for anyone outside of that line of thinking. If people agree to change the price of something for everyone, it shouldn’t be acted on when votes are cast just for the sake of agreeing with someone they like. I enjoy what you put out, but I refuse to simply not think on and question the proposition just because you make content I enjoy. I respect the stance you gave on the current choice and agree that it makes good sense, but these polls are completely meaningless if you have so many people who could very well just agree with you because it’s your decision and not because it’s one they think is good. This is your choice in the end and I know that, but I can’t sit by and not oppose gathering information on audience reception with no reasoning specifically when it’s supportive of the idea. If you can’t give a reason why something makes sense, then it doesn’t hold any water.

2024-11-05 06:10:13 +0000 UTCAs I mentioned before, everything was discussed on the Discord server, the issue of commissions related to Patreon was an idea, I can resort to Paypal but would be charged a little more to cover the requested commission, that is still under consideration. second, if you don't agree with something, normally it's because something doesn't fit or doesn't convince you and it's a reason that can be shared to give possible solutions, it doesn't make sense to give a reason if you agree, it would be like: I agree because I do xD

It makes it easier to manage and keeps it convenient for anyone looking to hold onto their subscription and also make a commission request. Also, people should be allowed to disagree freely. If you want a reason, then you should be requiring reasons for agreeing as well.
