It's the dream sequence in which Blake imagines Rebecca and Zoey together. Yeah, I just wanted to see them like this. And, obviously, show. And now I'm gonna show it again, just better!
I am currently at the planning stage for the endings. There's going to be a continuation of the Dommie's dialogue during which she will offer you some… let's call them opportunities. Wanna give Blake breasts? A chance to get pregnant? A new job? If you've earned it, she will… reward you. In her usual unusual way.

You need to be on Suya’s route and either stick to her bimbo subroute or be Kushari’s bitch. In the second case scenario you’ll get the choice, in the first it will happen by itself :)
