Hello. Time for our regular progress report. You know, sometimes I wonder how many of those I'm gonna make at the end of the day. It's kinda crazy how they've marked every single week of my life for the last almost three years. But anyway. Back to business.
The business is moving forward at normal pace. Unfortunately, that's not enough, and I can already tell that I won't be able to put a strict time limit on the release date. There's so much stuff to wrap around, and it's impossible to delay it for the future versions. So, I gotta really grind my bones here. But I enjoy the process so far. Some of the scenes I was able to make last week are awesome… at least, in my mind. I've been spending a lot of time on the story part, however, so this demo might feel a bit less… sensual, but that depends on your route, I guess. In any case, Dominique will present both in the city, and in Deliverance, and her plans are finally coming to fruition. And there's not much that can be done about that for now.
As for specific scenes, Blake will see doc, and his wife for the last time, spend some time with Josiah, will continue unraveling the «radio mystery» with Iris, and will meet a new character or even two. Lots of stuff to look forward to. I think.

Exactly! The thing with Dommie is that while she's extremely cunning, Melinda that lives in her head is a bit different from Melinda in reality. What she sees is: an evil woman who got married into money, stole Colette from her, stole her daughter, and did everything she could to stay on top, squashing all the enemies except one. It's a bit more nuanced than she thinks, and the most important part here is that before Blake Melinda lived in a sort of autopilot state — but now she revitalised her love to literature, and for people (with Blake/Vanessa), and is overall a much happier person. Dominique doesn't really understand happiness, unfortunately.

2022-05-18 08:22:22 +0000 UTCThat really doesn't sound like all *that* much of a punishment for Melinda either to be honest, she always seemed like she found being a billionaire to be a chore, and a distraction from doing the things that actually interested her. Not that losing it all wouldn't be a blow to her of course, just that going back to her pre-billionaire lifestyle doesn't seem like it would be what would bother her. More of Dommie projecting, that it would be a horrible punishment for *her* to live like a commoner, maybe?

2022-05-17 22:52:09 +0000 UTCWell, you've probably noticed already, but Melinda isn't particularly bothered with her own nudity, and despite Dommie's spitefulness towards her, she's still scared of Melinda, and doesn't want to push her that far. Remember: Samuel is still around, and who knows what he's up to? For Dominique it's a lot more fun to make Melinda suffer in a subtler way: make her live like a regular person with no privileges, no billions to spend, and no servants. That way she could both humiliate her, and maintain a somewhat civil way of doing that. Dommie is harsh with her slaves, but she also knows exactly what she should do to hurt her victims as hard as possible.

As it is, the pair of them look more like a couple of friends on a night out than a mistress and her slave. And from what we've seen, Dommie is especially harsh with her slaves.

She doesn't want her to kiss her feet, she just wants to take everything she has from her. Including her power, money, Rebecca, and Blake. As for Blake betraying Melinda, remember: Dommie already completely brainwashed him on her slave route. She just needs to say the code word, and Blake will follow whatever order she gives.
