Let's talk about v0.12

Hello. Today is Saturday, so I'm gonna take some time to briefly talk about our next update. As you now, we're slowly moving towards Deliverance, and this is gonna be a pretty big step on our way. The central element of v0.12 is going to be Iris's journey to the slums, and its consequences. And the most important part here is that Blake should have a choice whether he's following her or stays in the city.

My goal is to be able to show you the life in the slums as its slowly getting more, and more aggressive, and basically explain why Deliverance is inevitable at this point. I also want to introduce you to a new character, maybe even more. However, as I said, you should be able to skip this part entirely, because nothing good will come out of this. Iris, and Blake are just going to be caught. You won't have a chance to convince Iris to drop the idea entirely, you can either follow her or not (Iris, in her usual manner, however, won't phrase it like this. She will let Blake think that either they're doing this together or not doing this at all). As you can guess, it will affect Blake's life either way. And it's gonna be especially important on Vanessa's route, because she will either be angry at Blake for letting Iris go or angry at him for coming with her. But you will have a chance to redeem yourself… after Iris comes back.

And that's the big thing. I want to make the entire second demo of v0.12 split into two parts: slums, and non-slums. Some people complained about Oleg's event being too short, cause they wanted to see Blake in captivity, and this is your chance. I still haven't planned the entire course, but I do know that there's gonna be several ways to get out of the slums. Whether with the help of Troy (since he visits the place constantly), Tanya (she's gonna try to rescue Blake if he's a part of her plans), Melinda's hired guns, or Blake's own ingenuity. But yeah, it's gonna be dangerous, and you probably won't be able to avoid all of unpleasant stuff that could happen (but I will give you a chance, of course, of making it through completely unscarred).

As for the first demo, it's gonna lay some groundwork. Ambrosia is now introduced to all players, but she won't really be a huge part of the story if you're not on the bimbo-route. If you are, she will provide additional dialogues, because bimbo Blake is getting pretty lightheaded, and less prone to lengthy monologues than regular Blake. She will just chat with another bimbo, who is actually her own self just from the future. It's wild, but Blake isn't surprised by anything anymore. Not sure about giving Blake a chance of having sex with Ambrosia yet. Do you think it could be interesting?

But anyway. The last couple of demos were mostly focused on the non-route content, and it has to be compensated. So, expect to spend a lot of time with your love interests in the first demo, and if you don't have one, I actually have a special thing planned. Mild spoiler! If your Blake is a complete virgin, and hasn't touched anyone ever (it is possible, believe it or not), he's gonna have a special event at the end of v0.12, and maybe even a special way out of the slums simply due to his purity, and innocence. I mean, it might be strange to reward chastity in an adult game, but it just felt like a good idea to me.
