Weekly progress report #56

Once again, it is time for the progress report. Things are going smooth, folks. Well, not to say it couldn't be better, but so far everything is suspiciously okay.

I don't want to bore you with my usual wall of text, so I'm just going to list some things I've been able to do this week. Since we're spending a lot of time at the villa in this demo, it made sense to start fleshing it out. Melinda already mentioned some mild renovations she wanted to make, so in this demo we're going to see a new gym (kinda small, but has everything you need. And it also going to contribute to Melinda's storyline), new bathroom, and a new laundry room. Melinda's dungeon is also going to be renewed later. It's gonna be a lot more atmospheric, that's all I'm gonna say.

As for the scenes themselves, this time I'm giving you a choice of what to do at the villa. Blake might help Melinda out at the gym, check up on Eduardo, or just stroll around like a lazy bum that he is. (If your Blake is on Melinda's route though, no choice for you. But you're probably already used to that.) Some of you might even enjoy the challenge of trying to get Rebecca's scene, which has a lot of requirements, but your (and Blake's) reward is going to be fabulous. Hehe.

As for related things, I already mentioned this in our Discord chat, but I bought myself a new CPU: Ryzen 6 3600 instead of my old 5 2500. It's not exactly top notch, but it should help me out a little, because my old CPU is just choking on Daz, it's pretty much under the 100% load 24/7. Time for my old buddy to retire. Its replacement is going to arrive on 21ˢᵗ though, so I'll have to wait in suspense.

Also, keep an eye for the event polls next week. Yes: polls. As you remember, the public version 0.10 included some improvements for the early scenes, and I'm going to do the same again. However, this time I have a whole list of stuff I want to change, so I'm gonna need you to help me out with that. But we're getting our normal event poll as well, though it will probably go in v0.12. Anyway, hope you'll enjoy it.
