Got a few ideas: -Displacer beast (from DnD) -Cerberus (Specifically the one from HADES :P) -female Warwick (Werewolf from League of Legends) -Sybil (Goat-Cat-Bunny from Pseudoregalia) -Hell... The Thing (horror movie 1982) Edit: are we going for species, or specific characters that are monsters? I may have misread the post. Added some specific characters anyway.
