A bit of a short month, lot of fixes had to be done on the last update, had some computer troubles, and was sick for a few days, so nothing huge this month. Focus was on some quality of life changes and adding in a few new items. Combat has been re-balanced, growing should now be worth significantly more. I am really interested about what you all think about the balance.
Major change with combat now your total overall level will effect how much damage you deal. The higher your level in comparison to your opponent the more damage you will deal and the less you take. Growing in combat counts double for your total size. The goal with this change is to make growth in combat way more viable as the damage you do will go up exponentially.
For quality of life 2 major features have been added that people have been asking for a long time. You can now hit the spacebar to sprint and move faster to balance this enemies can also sprint to chase you, but will only sprint if they see you doing so. The second addition is you can now mass convert essence. Categories have also been added to inventories so they're a bit easier to navigate.
A few new items have been added. 2 weapons, one for fat and one for size, because there hasn't been a dedicated size weapon. Both of these items can be found in the dungeon. Also I added a few more consumables.
I started working on equipment leveling, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to fully implement it this update. I made the system and menu for leveling, everything works but levels don't currently do anything in game. So nothing in the game right now for it but I plan on adding it in at a future update.
