The listener is simple minded and full of energy just waiting to be channeled into eager obedience at the first command. The listener has these feelings amplified by a dragon they envision in their mind, and there is a post hypnotic suggestion to let the listener return to this headspace with a special phrase with anyone they want to be their dragon, as well as a phrase to bring them out of Kobold Headspace.
