Editing pledge rewards!

I guess that makes sense. Why pledge for something you only have a chance of getting? I'll have to figure out something else.
Here's a list of changes:
-All raffles rewards have been removed
-$10 reward tier has been removed (No one used it)
-The free one-time color commission is available at $15
-I've altered the names to be a little more unique
