They've also got minors, and I believe Korea has a law against underage idols appearing on TV/working after midnight? So I'm unsure how that works in this scenario.

BTW, the finale airs at 22:10 KST, which is 8:10 AM CST. Don't know which half of the country you live in, but at least it won't be at 4 AM. XD

2024-07-13 04:52:03 +0000 UTCHere is my personal guess about the eye patches.... In kpop, idols are seldom seen without makeup. Makeup can aggravate styes. It would look weird if they are half made up, or not made up at all onstage. So they wear the eye patch. People who are not on stage would just not wear makeup. Also, pollution is very bad there so it might be common among the general population as well, just like it is common for facemasks to be worn. BUT... this is just a guess. I don't have any evidence or actual knowledge about it.
