Well yes I've been doing storytelling in my works but it was like too short, 3 pages! But I want to expand it a little bit so I can further expand the story I had in mind. But I don't want to focus on story, mind you. I just want to have a tiny bit of spices in my works!
It's just like what John Carmack says and it's one of my fave quotes of all time regarding entertainment. "Story in a game is like a story in a porn movie. It's expected to be there, but it's not that important."
As long as it's entertaining, putting a bit of a background context won't hurt!
