Workload Philosophy

Was talking to some friends regarding different software, and we hit an interesting divergence of opinion regarding "work".  So, I wanted to see what you guys thought about it.

What kind of problem would you consider "harder"?

Yeah, I hear ya man - Those easy repetitive tasks really drain your spirit sometimes lol

I'm the weird one who understands quickly, but executes slowly. If a task takes 5 minutes to understand when there's a task that would take 1 minute to understand, I find it hard.

Yeah, I think that's a good point. Once you're at the point of repeating a task without much growth or improvement it starts to become frustrating regardless of how easy it is. Thanks for bringing that up -

Voted option 1 but in my head based off repeating a task. Once you've invested the learning time then any efficiency gains are a bonus. Also long tasks that are easy tend to be irritating, it becomes a drag. You just ask yourself why haven't they improved this workflow? all the time.
