How often should the repeteable event trigger?

The six text events are almost done, I expect to finish them this weekend.
I have a question regarding the repeteable text event, how often should they trigger?
I'm not sure if they get too repetitive triggering once each month, and maybe it would be better if they trigger once per year.
So, what do you say?

I can't make a menu appear or trigger a event when you go to bed. So is not factible to do so.
