I hope like hell they haven't poached or run off what remains of the cattle, they can use the novas to carry out far more then the tribe could. There's a ton of armour and supplies in the Meteor Cave, if the pack hasn't stopped to check in there they could still get out with some decent loot. These tribes are the ones against the burning, do they hope that by burning out the Meteor Tribe the curse/gateway for the dead will be broken and no longer able to use? That's cruel, they have the choice of using it or not, they should not be trying to take away the choice offered for everyone to make.

Because no matter how vengeful, a group of individuals who has been cast out into freezing conditions won’t be likely to survive long enough to be a threat. To survive the cold, the body has to expend energy to keep itself warm. Using energy like that burns calories much more quickly than it would if you were trying to survive in warmer weather. If you have no food, you’re going to run out of stamina and essentially collapse until hypothermia sets in and you die. Casting them out and destroying their resources is, strategically, a very good move if you have the numbers to fend off any initial counterattacks. And by forcing a slow death on them, you save your own resources and remove the risk that your forces will be injured trying to subdue their opponents, who are much more likely to fight recklessly and do serious damage if they know death is inevitable anyway. If you leave an opening, they’ll make a mad dash to save themselves in the hopes of reclaiming the camp later on. All you, as the conquering force, have to do is sit back and wait for them to die off one by one. And you don’t even have to lift a finger (or paw, as it were).

The poor babies, they must be so scared, they don't even know why MT is being attacked, all it has ever been for them is a loving home to grow up in q.q and poor diarko, just got out of one whole situation and stumbled straight into another :( roamer, don't you give in and kill him, that will only cause trouble. I am so glad they did not harm anyone, but they could have just talked or threatened or something, why burn precious recources they will NEED in winter and leave them starving, freezing and will all the more reason to retaliate? Seems rather stupid to me. I know they likely feel safe to do this cause they have the numbers on their side but heck, that would not stop me when i am hungry, cold and have a burning thirst for revenge, theres spirits one could summon i am sure, assasinations one can carry out sneakily, some damage can be done even by a small number of dogs if they are motivated enough. It's a stupid and downright cruel thing to let them strave and freeze to death, they may as well have just killed them, but no, your morals are too high to do it directly. Ugh.

He should be greatful that Ronja let him go. Oh no. Looks like Roamer is ready to bring the world of pain on this canine. Roamer, please don't convert to killing him!
