(1/18/2021) 0.12 Update Imminent

Hello everyone. 

This post will feature some information about the update that will be posted within the next 24-48 hours. I've only gotten some preliminary reports from one of my testers  but it seems like the major kinks have been smoothed out. 

Firstly I should mention if this was not already evident that this will be a paid update unlike the one prior to this. Patrons will get charged according to the amount the pledged at the end of the month. The update will be in the form of a patron exclusive post for a few days before being posted again in a public post. The patron exclusive version will still have a few bugs in it so I'll be taking the few days in between patron-public releases to fix those issues.

Secondly there are some new systems that should get some additional explanations before playing the game. They aren't complicated but unless you know about them ahead of time it can be hard to understand their significance. The first is the privacy system. You won't be able to change clothing on the MC anywhere in the game, it requires the player to be standing in a "private area" which would allow them the reasonable privacy to undress. At the moment there are two private areas in the game. The first is the inn room that can be rented out by the MC, and the second I'll keep a (poorly hidden) secret for you to find. The other system is the day-type system. In order to get some semblance of time progression and variety in daily activities, there is a binary day variety which cycles repeatedly every day. In plain-speak: A day is either A or B type, and every time the player sleeps or for whatever reason causes a day to pass it switches to the other type. Certain characters and environments will change based on the day type, and some scenes will even be locked depending on the type as well. I've tried making most of these cases to be fairly obvious, but others will take more intuition or investigation to discover. 

Lastly since I believe the odds of someone finding absolutely every available event (without looking at the game files) being low, along with the public release I'll also be sharing a brief .txt file with the details about every scene and how to access them. There are also a few scenes which are alluded to in this update which aren't actually present or working yet, and I'll be announcing those within the same file.
