(Discontinued, working on a rewrite) ERSS FSR Frame Generation alpha v23 (w/ FSR upscaling only)

Notes:
- Frame Interpolation is only available while using FSR3 upscaling
- This version will only work in standalone operating mode (using the included "DXGI.dll" loader).
- AMD recommends turning on "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling"
- The included FSR dll's are modified and may be changed each update so please install all of the zip files contents every time.
Known issues:
- Global illumination flickering, most noticable in shaded areas. (Could be a GPU driver or base game issue intensified by the mod)
Workarounds:
urning on 'Mitigate GI flickering', which can incur a performance penalty up to 10%
sing DXVK
- Has a chance to crash on boot.
- The game may not be able to output to the screen.
- Loading screen glitches
- Config overlay has artifacts and is rendered behind the game's UI.

- Mitigate flickering at a not so small cost. (You can turn this off by unchecking the "FrameGenWaitInterpolation" debug options.

- Reduced the GPU downtime produced in v10

- Fixed support for game version 1.12
- Restored original swap chain flags

- Fixed a crash caused by the mod obtaining the incorrect resource when upscaling is enabled

I haven't updated the FG mod to run on ER 1.12 yet, sorry. I'm planning to start over for the FSR framegen with their new API

Here is a little video as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COCE-kA1VRo (the fps counter is at top left, sorry forgot to make it more visible)
