Added 2019-06-06 15:40:17 +0000 UTCI finally have something to show! I say this every time I make a new model but I think her face is my best work yet. It's the exact level of stylized that I'm going for.
Trying to interpret TK17 models into my own style has been very hard - I usually stick to the original details so much the models end up not looking good. But this time I think I found the perfect balance.
I'm working on her hair now - it's a bit messy right now, but I've made some great advancements in making hair look good. Today was a very good day, as I've been struggling to figure out how to use Blender to create hair, and after looking at the right tutorials I finally caught some key points. Her "swoop" at the top needs work too.
Her brows & lashes will get the particle hair treatment too, followed by making the face rig, and then she'll be ready. And that's when we get to the good part. ;)
