new years update

hey fellas, sorry for my lack of activity whatsoever last month. as you all know by now, i got pretty sick last month, and then after that i got super busy at my day job. some weeks i worked overtime due to the holidays, and then i tried doing this stuff nearly full-time on top of it, while juggling personal life stuff as well. by the time christmas rolled around, i burnt myself out super hard and managed to get nothing done.

i've been trying to work on the christmas loop last month and after christmas had already passed to try and get it done, but that this point, i feel it's better if i put it to rest and cancel that project, and focus instead on future projects starting today.

the last couple months have been incredibly busy for me, and left me little to no time to work on any pocketcola-related content. the new year is rolling around, and im much less busy these days regarding my day job. i specifically requested a bit less hours at work, so i'm no longer working full-time, but i'm still working enough to pay all of my bills and set some money aside for myself, while also working on pocketcola content.

you all can expect me to actually be active going forward; not super active, considering i still have a day job, and i need to take care of myself as well, and i do not want to end up burning myself out yet again.

that being said, my next major animation project is in the works now. it's currently in the storyboard phase, the sound work just needs to be finalized. once all of that's done, i'll show you all the final storyboard!

i'm also working on redesigning my characters as well. i've got new ref sheets coming for them. cola's will be finished first, and it's looking fairly good so far!

all that aside, i want to apologize for not being active much here the last two months. this year is gonna be different, and i've made it a personal goal for myself to be more active here than i have been recently at least. again, don't expect me to be regularly active all things considered, but this place won't be the ghost town it was over the last two months.
