General Update 1/10/2019

Hey, hey, it's time for another week-in update!

This has nothing to do with anything since I don't really update much on the weekends, but next Friday on the 18th of January, I'm going to be going out of town and will be out until Monday the 21st. Just wanted to put that out there in case anybody tries reaching me during this period.

Here come the comic updates!

The first and most relevant thing I want to inform you all of is that the Broly comic is now moving forward and I'm planning to put out 2 pages of it before my trip next weekend. Initially, I was going to have it be a typical "Bad guy kills the hero and steals his woman" scenario, but I've opted for a far more playful setup as I don't want to depict gruesome death in my sex comics.

ASSUKA! is going to get another update this month since she's one of many focal points of WWE programming. Our unnamed hero is going to finally get into Asuka! Likely will be sharing more Asuka sketches in the meantime. 

The Boobgirl started off pretty damn strong late last year and I want to keep that momentum going, so I'll have some more WIPs out in time of the next few pages. Since this is a hobby comic, it won't get any significant coverage on Patreon. 

It's going to be a similar story for my currently unnamed Jolene project. This one is going to be very small scale. Nothing too significant, but I felt I should share this one since he's a very popular mainstay with fans.

The comics will be worked on in increments so that they aren't a huge time sink.

I'm hoping to do more pin ups and images focused around the 5 women featured in the banner this year. I rarely give any love to Wonder Woman and that's something that's going to change this year. I also haven't done much with Inko Midoriya and I've had several ideas for her, so those will be going into motion very soon as her shape adds some diversity to the lineup. 

Beyond that, I'm planning on tackling other WWE women such as Becky Lynch, Paige, and Nikki Cross this year. No promises, but it seems those three have shot up in popularity recently and I feel I can add some much needed content featuring them.

The status of WWE Heroes is up in the air as the first image of Roman Reigns didn't really do much in terms of numbers and people had a very "meh" reaction to both the drawing and the concept, so that one is being put on the backburner for now.

Persona 5 has definitely turned some heads recently which is pleasing to me as I enjoyed the story of that game. [the gameplay left a lot to be desired as I'm not fond of JRPGs]. As a result, I'm going to have a small section of the Patreon have some focused Persona art. I'll be focusing on my two favorite games in the series, Persona 3 and Persona 5. I'll keep this limited as I'm aware only a handful of fans are that into the series.

I want to make a return to Sonic content, but the audience I attracted the last time was less than favorable. I'm hoping that if I return to it this time around, it'll be on a severely limited basis and will mostly feature Amy Rose, Rouge the Bat, Sticks the Badger, and Tikal the Echidna. I make no promises that this will happen soon, but I'm putting it out there that the thought has crossed my mind, so stay tuned for more information on that.

Finally, what's coming in the future.

The major one I'd like to announce is the return of Ashley Vega. She was one of my most popular OCs when I started and I figured a return for her would be great for longtime fans as her series captivated most of my audience. Veterans will know her as the star of my poorly named "Slut Over the Phone" series, where the focus was on her sending her boyfriend texts and images of her getting railed by other men. While this isn't a return to that series, I'm definitely going to be doing more with Ashley in the coming weeks. 

Those who were here last year might remember a little project I started writing about my old character, Cora. That project is still being worked on and the plot is finally coming together. This will be a story separate from everything else I've done and will feature a brand new character as the protagonist.

Working on the Broly comic has given me a revitalized interest in an AU. I have no details I want to share on this topic, but expect some news on it in the next update.
