Sputnik - early viewing

Hi there!

This song was written even before the first Retro Poland cover. I had an idea for this music style and wrote a few songs in it. I wanted it to sound like "soviet cowboys from outer space". I think that this would also be a cool title, lol! But ultimately I chose "Sputnik" which translates to "fellow traveler". I like (and hate) the idea that everyone of us has a "fellow traveler" with him wherever he goes. I think that my Sputnik is simply called anxiety. Before I started working with more of my songs and projects I had problems with sleeping. I was waking up at night, heart pounding and sweating, thinking of the things I want to do, and the little time I have. It followed me everywhere and didn't leave even for a minute. That's probably why I'm here right now. I won that battle with anxiety, but the war is not over yet.

...and of course UFO, because who doesn't like some X-Files, am I right? Btw, I wanted to make a little nod to "Signs" by M.Night Shyamalan with the little mirror, but I couldn't fit it under the door, hahaha. Also there is a Retro Poland "Matrix" shot with the door handle. It was the most reflecting door handle I saw that day!

Oh, and I bought a new camera! I don't know if you can see it, but most of the shots here are done with an Panasonic M7 VHS camera. It's so cool!
