Lowpoly Modeling Tutorial: Female Humanoid 2024

Hey guys, part 1 of the new tutorial series is out! This tutorial covers how to model a humanoid character with arms, legs, breasts, butt, all part of the same mesh. In contrast to my past tutorial where things were modeled as separate objects.

Preview of new Tutorial Character

So I'm going to start a new walk through of my lowpoly modeling process. Not really to replace the old one but it will cover somethings that the old one didn't. Such as connected limbs, Plantigrade Legs (Normal Humanoid), Advanced Tail and Hair physics. As well as some other things.

So here is a sketch of the character, going to keep working on this and figure out colors.

Prop: Flip-Cellphone

It doesn't look like much at the moment but here's the base mesh for the flip phone!! I plan to have this rigged with two bones for animation as well as fully textured, maybe with a slightly animated screen.

Hey folks, sorry for the silence as of late. I have some cool stuff in the works, including a brand new tutorial series! This tutorial series is going to be a revision of my previous one but with a few alterations to the method of modeling and texturing since I've improved my craft over the past year.

Making progress on the Retro-Future Style laser gun, I'm in the texturing step. The hardest part is figuring out where I want to put details but I'm happy with it so far.

Working on the next lowpoly prop for tier 3 members, this month I bring you the sci-fi gun that everyone voted on!! Based on feedback I decided to go with a retro-futurism style and it's a lot of fun to create. The base mesh is pretty much complete unless I think of any changes, and next I'll move onto texturing.

Next Lowpoly Public Avatar

So normally I create a poll, but I got an idea last week that I GOTTA make. Also idk what to call these kinds of avatars (public? Open Use? Avatar Base?)

Anyway, I really want to make a lowpoly Protogen! After that I'll continue to create a poll for future public avatars. I think many of you won't be too upset at this idea, but let me know if you hate me or whatever.

That's a great question, as of now I've finished my tutorial series on creating lowpoly avatars for v-tubing and vrchat. It's great to have that completed, feels good. 

I want to start making more interesting rewards for you guys, I'm going to continue making lowpoly props each month, but I think I want to also start my next public avatar similar to San-Yo and Noka. Addition to that I'm planning on making it so those who support me on here get access to those avatars ear...

Export FBX from Blender

Hey peeps, I forgot to include this part of my Unity section of my tutorial series. This shows how to properly export your FBX from blender. I'm also updating the Unity video to include this part.
