Massive ecological collapse being set off by one of the stupidest possible culture war battlegrounds just seems a little too on the nose for the hyper-reality we live in. I mean, its only a matter of time until the rising ethnonationalism and climate crisis subplots collide in a spectacular fashion, but the 'gender' running gag? C'mon now. That doesn't even make sense! It'd be like World War 3 starting because Trump declares Iran to be the epicenter of 'Cancel Culture' or something.
Am I the only one who thinks the world is getting a little crazy this year????
