Personally I think a great idea for this would be a comic and have it be a secret government project to help re populate the female population and they follow him around and see how he reacts and adapts to life as a female, watching her slowly lose her masculine side and become more feminine and find guys more attractive till the end where she ends up with a guy or a girl and fully accepts that she is female inside and out.
