Loosely based on this caption, this comic is about two friends (Charlie and Alex) going on a vacation trip they won with the competition. The vacation includes an expensive trip to the newly discovered Mayan temple.e. The reason it is so expensive is that last year a miracle happened during a ritual where the fertility goddess showed up and gave all the women fertile wombs and also turned the men into fertile women.
Charlie and Alex think it's a scam and go there and see the ritual happen where the priest gathers barrels full of eggs and multiple cows to be sacrificed by supposed "lightning" from the goddess.
The guys laugh until the lightning actually strikes at the top of the temple killing the cows and the cloud forms a huge female shape representing the goddess. She thanks them all for the sacrifice and grants them all (including Charlie and Alex) fertility to have healthy babies.
Charlie and Alex try to run away as the eggs fly in all directions, hitting them in the crotches. Each of the eggs turns into reproductive organ eggs with their newly forming ovaries. The milk of the cows goes into their chest filling their tits up.
The shocked Charlotte and Alexandra are given new clothes and get a taxi cab returning them to the hotel where their other friends are because they would rather go out than go to a boring temple site. They're shocked to find out what happened to the newly transformed girls but they can't deny how hot they turned out to be.
Meanwhile the girls' minds also start to think differently about their male friends as their ovaries are tickling of excitement resulting in xxx ;)

Would be interesting to see a follow up to this. Maybe see what became of the trans guy they meet on page 4. What did she get up to in the end now she finally got what she wanted?
