if story isn't good the fights lose impact. For me at least you need a good story and characters in order to really enjoy a good action scene. Basically when it lacks emotional impact its just a fireworks show.

2021-12-27 01:47:58 +0000 UTCI used to love RWBY so much and the first three season do take some getting used too but at the time RT didn’t have the funds until season 4ish. As the story continues it got a bit…meh..but the fight scenes are what this show is known for.
