Tedium In Progress: Neon Eddy

Thousands of layers of white until it's actually opaque. This part takes forever, because I have to wait between to let the layers dry and it really takes 5 or 6 layers to build it up nicely. (So not thousands but you get what I mean).
The photo is cleaning it up a bit,but in person you can definitely see orange thru all the white at this stage β€οΈ
