I think it's totally creepy and unsettling how the people in the town react to all the horrible stuff so non-chalantly, like in a dream or nightmare... And they just keep going with their normal days... Guy turns into a snail? JUST PUT HIM IN A PEN. Sentient hypnotizing hair? Just get a haircut lol
